We will accept returns 10 days after the receipt of your order for a full refund (excluding the shipping cost).

The Willows will accept returns for any reason as long as the item is in its original condition. Items must have all original tags attached and be free from any signs of wear, use, or odors.
If an item is returned with signs of wear or use, it will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the client.
